UPS Ground Package Stuck in Johnstown PA

I am writing regarding multiple UPS Ground packages that have been stuck in transit and not delivered to our rural address in Makleton, PA 15***, despite repeated assurances from customer service that they would be delivered. The tracking numbers are 1ZY2036C0300349371, 1Z05R4720357706639 and 1Z52E76E0356711215. These packages have been sitting in Johnstown, PA for about a week without any progress toward delivery. We live in a rural area and have explained our exact location to dispatch several times, including providing detailed directions and our GPS coordinates. Even though we have done everything we can to make delivery easier, our packages are still not reaching us. We have contacted UPS customer service several times and each time we were assured that the packages would be delivered, but nothing has changed and the shipments continue to sit in Johnstown. This situation is causing us serious inconvenience, and we feel that our address is being neglected even though UPS accepts shipments to it. I request that UPS immediately deliver all of these pending packages to our address as promised, and take the necessary steps to ensure that our rural location is correctly recognized so that future packages are delivered on time and without similar delays.
