UPS Says My Package Is Out for Delivery for 4 Days but Still Hasn’t Delivered It

For the past 4 days, I’ve been receiving daily SMS messages from UPS saying my package is “out for delivery”—but it never arrives. My family and I have stayed home specifically to receive it, yet no courier has shown up once.

Every day, UPS claims that the package will be delivered unless there is a force majeure. Yet when I call and ask why the delivery hasn't happened, no one can give me a clear or satisfactory explanation. It’s always vague responses or promises that go nowhere.

This is completely unacceptable. I’ve lost time, made arrangements to be home, and still have nothing to show for it.

UPS, deliver my package immediately or provide a valid reason for the delay. Your service is becoming impossible to rely on.
