My UPS Package Stuck in Transfer for 8 Days

My UPS package has been stuck in transfer for the past 8 days. I've been making repeated calls to them throughout the week, urging them to expedite the delivery of my package, but unfortunately, I haven't had any success. I reside on the Anatolian side, and even though my district is clearly indicated on the package, it is being delivered to the European side instead. Regardless of the error, the company shows no intention of rectifying it. I've been making phone calls every day for the past 5 days. What type of company is this? Thanks to them, I'm unable to present the Mother's Day gift I purchased. In addition, it's clear that they are openly making fun of us by stating "we have generated a complaint ticket." Could you kindly expedite the delivery of my package? I would greatly appreciate it.
