I Am Requesting a Full Refund for Fake and Non-Working Software from Unixcheats
On Friday, March 13, I purchased the "Temp Spoofer" product through the Unixcheats website. After purchasing the product, I followed every single step provided by the spoofer instructions, but my drive was not spoofed at all, meaning the software did not work whatsoever.
When I reported this to them, I was told to contact them via Telegram. The individual I messaged on Telegram replied extremely late. Later, they emailed me a different file and told me to run it using a USB flash drive. I followed all instructions completely and ran the file, but my hardware ban was still not lifted, and I once again got zero results.
When I reported the situation back on Telegram, I was completely ignored and received no response at all. Even though they appear online in the support section on their website, they are intentionally avoiding responding. Furthermore, I realized that the spoofer they sell is a cracked, non-working tool that pops up on Google if you simply search for "sysreset spoofer." In fact, if you run the spoofer again even after your subscription period expires, it still says "license approved"—meaning there is no real licensing system or key validation built into it whatsoever.
I was sold a completely non-functional, ineffective product for the money I paid, and no support was provided for the issues I faced. I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of my payment to resolve my hardship.
