I Paid for a 1-Month UnixCheats Spoofer That Doesn’t Work and Support Ignores Me

I purchased a 1-month spoofer subscription from UnixCheats.com after speaking with their live support, who confidently claimed it would take just 10 minutes to get me back into Valorant. Before paying, their team was very attentive, but once I made the purchase, everything went downhill.

The spoofer didn’t work at all. I followed all instructions: I changed my boot order in BIOS, disabled Secure Boot and TPM, and even connected a USB drive as they directed. When it failed, I reset my BIOS and reinstalled Windows from scratch, thinking maybe the fault was on my end. Still, it didn’t work.

Support then told me to run an executable called “tpmbypass.exe” and redo the setup. I wasted 5 full days trying everything, and finally managed to launch Valorant—only to get banned again within an hour of gameplay.

Now, more than a third of my subscription period is gone, and live support is never available. When I contact them, I’m told “the person in charge is unavailable” or to “come back tomorrow.” I tried reaching out again today, and they gave me the same response as yesterday. What’s worse, all our messages are being wiped, leaving me with no chat history to prove anything.

I’ve interacted with at least four team members (M**, Ş**, K**, and B**), and despite barely having 5-6 customers a day, they act like they’re too busy to help. I will attach screenshots of the suspicious files they made me download. I demand a full refund immediately. This experience was a complete waste of time and money, and their product and customer service are both unreliable and unprofessional.
