Unixcheats Sold Me a Broken Product Key and Let My Time Expire

On Monday, March 23, 2026, I purchased a 1-week cheat/spoofer product key from a company called Unixcheats using my card. Immediately after buying the product, I ran into issues and was completely unable to use it. Despite this, there was no customer support representative available to contact, as their live chat was offline that day.

The following day, Tuesday, when live chat briefly opened, I messaged them right away. However, they stated that they could not deal with my issue at that moment and could only assist me on Thursday at the earliest. Out of options, I was forced to wait until Thursday. On Thursday, after about 1 to 2 hours of messaging and troubleshooting, they performed a few steps, but this time my 1-week license key appeared expired before its actual end date, leaving the product completely unusable once again.

Despite my key duration being completely wasted and never being able to use the product even once, they offered no permanent solution, no refund, nor any replacement key as compensation. I would also like to note that I paid via card and possess both my receipt and transaction screenshots.

Since my time expired without me ever being able to use the software, I demand a full refund of my payment or, at the very least, a replacement 1-week key issued to compensate for my loss.
