Under Armour Tracksuit Turns Red, Brand Denies Responsibility

On January 29, 2023, I purchased a tracksuit bottom from the Under Armour store. I was so impressed with the fit that I decided to buy two pairs. However, both items developed discoloration around the knees, and the upper part noticeably turned red. I took the products to the Under Armour store in Ankara Kentpark for examination. Today, I received a message stating that the issue was not due to manufacturing. How could it be customer-related when both items experienced color fading during the winter months? If I had experienced this problem during the summer while wearing these products, I might have accepted that it was my fault, but having discoloration and redness in the winter is not normal. If it were caused by washing, it would appear all over the fabric. Despite being a frequent buyer of your brand, this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. I demand a resolution to this matter.
