Under Armour Sneakers Damaged After Limited Use, Warranty Claim Denied

December 23, 2024 6:23 PM19

In July, I purchased a pair of Under Armour sneakers for ₺6250. Since it was summer, I didn’t wear them, and by winter, I had worn them fewer than ten times. Despite this minimal use, both shoes have torn at the heels, exposing metal parts and rendering them unwearable.

I sent the shoes for inspection, only to be told that this was not a manufacturing defect. This response is unacceptable—why would I spend ₺6250 on sneakers if they can’t withstand even light use? I demand a proper resolution to this issue, as the quality and durability of this product fall far below expectations. Under Armour must take responsibility and offer a replacement or refund immediately.
