I Face Inner Sole Tear in My Under Armour White Sneakers After One Month

August 12, 2025 5:35 PM19

I bought a pair of white sneakers directly from Under Armour’s official website. However, within just about a month, the inner sole of the shoes started to tear. I sent the product in for inspection, but it was returned to me with the claim that it was a “customer fault.” Customer service never contacted me, nor was any solution offered.

I only used the shoes for everyday wear, and I’ve never experienced an issue like this before. This is clearly not due to misuse. I’m requesting that the defective product be exchanged for another pair of my choice.

I kindly ask Under Armour to resolve this issue and take action in the spirit of customer satisfaction.
