On January 3, 2025, I purchased a pair of Under Armour Phantom shoes from the House of SuperStep website. After only a short period of use, I noticed the toe areas had started to come apart. Concerned, I contacted Under Armour customer service through their hotline (444 02 00), and they directed me to reach out to Eren Perakende, the retail partner from which the shoes were shipped.
After speaking with Eren Perakende, they asked me to send the product for a preliminary inspection. I shipped the shoes back the very same day, free of charge. To my surprise, just two days later, I received confirmation that my refund would be processed within five business days—and it was.
I am genuinely thankful to both Eren Perakende and Under Armour for standing behind their product and putting the customer first. Unlike many companies that make returns or defect claims a nightmare, they made this process easy and hassle-free. It's refreshing to see a brand that truly cares about customer satisfaction and quality.
