I Ordered an Under Armour Pant for ₺4000 But They Canceled It After Charging My Card
On July 29, 2025, I finally saw a long-awaited Under Armour sports pant in stock and immediately placed an order for my husband. I was so confident that the product would arrive that I even bought him a pair of charcoal-colored shoes as a gift to wear with the pants. However, the excitement quickly turned into disappointment. Just one day after placing the order, Under Armour contacted me to say that the ₺4000 pant I had purchased would not be shipped because it didn’t pass “quality control.”
This is completely unacceptable. A global brand like Under Armour should not display a product as available, accept payment instantly, and only afterward decide the item isn’t fit for delivery. If it truly didn’t pass quality checks, why was it listed in stock? And why was my card charged right away?
This situation has caused unnecessary hassle, not to mention the time wasted and the ruined gift plan. The company’s handling of the situation shows a lack of responsibility toward its customers. I demand immediate resolution and a clear explanation. Brands that block consumers’ money and fail to deliver what they’ve sold must be held accountable. Under Armour, fix this issue and make things right.
