Wrongful Ban On Umingle
I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was wrongly banned on my Mac last night. When I tried to use the app, I was suddenly informed that I was under 18, even though you had no basis for this decision and did not offer any way for me to prove my age. Immediately after this, I encountered a request for a 5 euro payment, which I find completely unacceptable and quite embarrassing for a platform that claims to operate fairly. I have had no previous issues on the platform and this is my first attempt to reach you about the matter. I consider it a disgraceful practice to ban someone without proof, label them underage, and then display a payment request without giving any option to verify identity or age. If you have no proof, you should not impose such a serious restriction and certainly should not be asking for money. I demand that you immediately lift this unjust ban on my account and restore my access. I also request that you never again ask users for a 5 euro payment in a situation where you cannot clearly justify the ban or provide a transparent method for age verification. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly and for my access to be reinstated without any cost to me.
