Wrong Explicit Messages

My Umingle account was suddenly banned with the reason stated as “explicit messages”. I was shocked when I saw this because there were no explicit messages exchanged in my chats, and I do not understand why other users started reporting me. I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation before my account was restricted. When I try to log in, I see a screen saying that I am banned with a Ban ID and a “Reason: Explicit messages” note, and it offers an “Instant Unban” option in exchange for payment. I find it unfair that I am asked to pay money to remove a ban that I believe is unjustified. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, the reports against me be checked, and my ban be lifted without any payment, as I have not sent explicit messages. I simply want to talk to the person I was chatting with again, and I have been waiting for days for my account to return to normal. I ask you to resolve this issue as soon as possible and inform me about the result.
