Fix Umingle "Explicit Messages" Ban

I have been banned from Umingle due to “Explicit messages” as shown in the attached screenshot. This ban started about one day ago. I am not sure exactly which message or action led to this decision, and I do not believe I intentionally violated the rules. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, including the relevant chat records, so that the exact reason can be clarified. If there was any misunderstanding or an incorrect report, I ask that my ban be lifted without requiring any payment and that my account be restored. I would appreciate it if you could inform me of the specific content that allegedly violated your rules and provide a clear explanation of your decision after the review.
