Unban My Umingle
My Umingle account with Ban ID 0bf4f165 was banned for “Disruptive Behavior” at around 3:42 AM. I believe this ban is unfair because I did not do anything that should be considered disruptive or harmful on the platform. When I try to access my account, I see a screen that says “You are banned” and asks me to pay Rp39,900 for “Instant Unban”. I find it very upsetting that I am being asked to pay money just to remove a ban that I consider unjust, instead of having my situation properly reviewed. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that this ban be lifted without requiring any payment, as I do not accept being forced to pay for an “Instant Unban” in such a situation. I want to continue using Umingle normally and ask you to unban my account.
