Unban My Umingle
I am writing about an unfair ban on my Umingle account on the website version of the platform. On 03/10/2026 my account was banned with the reason stated as “Under 18” even though I am over 18 years old. This situation is very unfair to me, and I have a screenshot showing the ban message and the “under 18” reason. I use Umingle on the website only and I have not linked any email address to my account. My ban ID is: 1b21e511. I am being shown a payment screen asking for 9.99 USD to lift the ban, which I find completely unacceptable, because I have not violated the age rule. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned as soon as possible without any payment requirement and that my access to the platform be fully restored.
