Umingle $9.99 Unban Fee After False Under 18 Ban
On 13/09/2026 my Umingle account was suddenly banned with the reason shown as “Under 18” even though I am not underage. After the ban, the application displayed a payment screen asking for $9.99 in order to remove the ban. I find it unacceptable that my account is blocked under a false “under 18” claim and that I am being asked to pay $9.99 just to regain access. I request that my account ban be completely removed and that the $9.99 unban payment requirement be cancelled immediately. I kindly ask you to review my account, correct this mistake without any charge, and restore my access to the application.
