Umingle Demands Payment to Unban a Suspended Account
Today, my Umingle account was suddenly banned while I was using the website normally. The only explanation on the screen is “Gender Searching” and it shows a Ban ID with an “Instant Unban” option for 149 Philippine Pesos. I did not violate any rules to my knowledge and I was not given any clear explanation or warning before this ban. Umingle is asking me to pay in order to remove the ban from my account, which I find unfair and unacceptable since I did not do anything wrong. I want my account to be unbanned without any payment being requested from me and I want a clear explanation of why this ban was applied in the first place. I kindly request Umingle to review my account, lift the ban without charging me, and ensure that similar situations do not occur again.
