Umingle Account Banned for Gender Searching and Asked to Pay

I have been using Umingle and today I suddenly saw that my account was banned on your website. The ban screen shows “Gender Searching” as the ban reason and displays Ban ID: 4c699500, together with a payment form asking for 149 Philippine Pesos to remove the ban. I have never searched for any gender in a way that violates your rules, so I believe this ban is unjustified and a mistake in your system. I also find it unfair that I am being asked to pay money just to have access to my account again, especially when I did not commit the alleged “gender searching” violation. I kindly request that my account be unbanned immediately without any payment, that the “Gender Searching” ban reason be removed from my account record, and that I be informed clearly about why this happened so that similar issues do not occur again.
