Umingle Ban Appeal Request Without Paying the €5.99 Fee
On 19/09/2026 at around 23:40, while I was using Umingle for a normal video chat, my account was suddenly banned without any understandable reason. I was not violating any rules to my knowledge, and I was simply using the video chat feature in a normal way. When I tried to log back in, I saw a message on the Umingle website stating that I am banned and that I have to pay 5.99 € to lift the ban. I find it unacceptable that I am being asked to pay to remove a ban when I did not do anything wrong and have not been given any clear explanation of what supposedly happened. I request that my account be reviewed, that the ban be removed without any payment, and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this situation. I expect my access to Umingle to be fully restored as soon as possible.
