Payment Required to Unblock My Umingle Account

My Umingle account on the website was suddenly blocked today with a notification saying that my account is blocked and that I must pay money. I am very surprised and feel unfairly treated because I have not committed any violations as a user. Before the ban, I only used Umingle in a normal way according to its function and I never received any prior warning about violations, inappropriate content, or anything that could lead to a ban. There was also no clear explanation given about what rules I supposedly violated, only a demand for payment in order to unblock my account. I request that Umingle immediately checks and re‑reviews my account, provides a clear explanation of the reason for the block, and removes the requirement to pay to restore access if no real violation is found. I hope my account can be reactivated and this issue resolved fairly and transparently.
