Umingle Account Banned for Disruptive Behavior

I am using Umingle on my iPhone and my account has just been banned with the reason shown as “Disruptive Behavior.” I did not engage in any disruptive or harmful behavior. All I did was chat and try to entertain the people I was matched with in a normal, respectful way. When I try to access my account, I see a screen saying I am banned for “Disruptive Behavior” and asking me to pay 149 PHP to remove the ban. I believe this ban is unfair and incorrect, and I do not accept being forced to pay to get my account back when I have not violated the rules. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unbanned without any payment, and that I be informed clearly if there is any specific behavior that was considered a violation, so that I can avoid any misunderstanding in the future.
