Umingle First-Time Gender Searching Ban – Remove Without Payment

45

My normal user account on Umingle was banned yesterday with the stated reason of “gender searching”. When I try to access my account, I see a “You are banned” message along with a ban ID and an “Instant Unban” payment form on the screen. This was my first and common mistake and I was not aware that this behavior was against your rules. I sincerely apologize for my improper action and I assure you that I will comply with the platform rules from now on. I do not agree with this ban and I do not think that my actions justified a permanent blocking of my account, especially considering that it was a first, unintentional violation. I also find it unacceptable that I am directed to make a payment for an “Instant Unban” instead of being offered a clear, transparent review process. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned without requiring any payment and that the ban decision be reviewed in a fair and detailed manner, taking into account that this was my first mistake and my apology. I kindly ask you to inform me in writing about the result of this review.
