Umingle Chrome Account Banned – Gender Searching Appeal

My Umingle account on the website has been automatically banned with Ban ID 225ec766 for the reason stated as “Gender Searching.” This ban was applied on 28 July while I was using the service via the Chrome browser. The situation is a misunderstanding. In the chat, the other user tricked me by specifically asking me to type certain words, and I only wrote them because they requested it. I was not trying to search for gender or to violate the rules, and I had no intention of breaking the platform’s terms. Because the ban was applied automatically, I believe the context of the conversation was not properly evaluated. I kindly request that my chat logs around the time of the ban be checked manually and that my ban with ID 225ec766 be lifted so I can access my account and use the chat service again. I do not request deletion of my records or chat history; I only want my account to be unbanned and restored for normal use.
