Umingle Banned My Account by Mistakenly Identifying Me as a Minor

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced today on the Umingle website, where my account associated with the email address ifankaa*****@gmail.com was suddenly banned on the grounds that I was identified as a minor and ban id 1dd5d57f. This decision is incorrect, as I am clearly 19 years old. Due to this ban, I have been unable to use my account since today, even though I meet the age requirement. I have not yet been able to resolve this situation and I believe there has been a mistake in the age verification or in the review of my account. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again, that the age verification be checked properly, and that the ban be removed so I can continue using umingle without further interruption.
