Wrongly Banned as Under 18 on Umingle – Permanent Ban Appeal

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was permanently banned on July 11, 2026. I access Umingle from a Dell laptop. When I now try to log in, I see a “You are banned” message stating the reason as “Under 18,” and an “Instant Unban” option that can be purchased for 149 Philippine Pesos. The ban occurred after I made a joke to a stranger saying that I was 16 years old, while in reality I am 20 years old. I understand that this joke was inappropriate, could easily be misunderstood, and is against the rules of the platform. I did not intend any harm and had no bad intentions on Umingle; I was only trying to have fun and meet new friends. I recognize that my behavior caused a misinterpretation and I fully admit my mistake. I would like to offer a sincere apology for this incident and for violating the community guidelines. I respectfully request that you review my case and reconsider the permanent ban on my account, which was based on the impression that I am under 18, even though I am 20. I hope you can understand that this was a one-time lapse in judgment and not a reflection of how I genuinely want to behave as a user who follows the rules. If possible, I kindly ask for my account to be unbanned or for the penalty to be reduced, and I am willing to strictly follow all community guidelines from now on.
