Umingle Wrongfully Banned As Underage

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned today on the grounds that I am “under 18” even though I am not underage. I was using Umingle on my phone when I was asked how many Model United Nations conferences I have attended, and I answered “16.” I believe this was misunderstood as me stating that I am 16 years old, which led to an incorrect age assessment and an immediate ban. On the screenshot of my account, the ban reason is clearly stated as “Under 18,” and I am even shown payment options to remove the ban. I find it very troubling that my access was blocked based on this misunderstanding and that I am being directed to pay to lift a ban that is not justified. I request that you urgently review my account, correct the age information, and fully reactivate my Umingle account without any payment, as I am not under 18. I would like any deletion or loss of my chats and connections to be prevented during this review, because I need to be able to contact the people I previously matched with again. I ask you to handle this matter as quickly as possible and confirm the reactivation of my account after the review.
