Umingle “Explicit Messages” Ban Applied Without Proof or Warning

I have been using the Umingle application to meet new friends and recently discovered that my account has been banned without a valid reason. When I tried to log in, I received a “You are banned” message with the reason shown as “explicit messages” and Ban ID 723aa7de. Along with this, the app is asking me to pay 29.99 AED for “Instant Unban”. I did not send explicit or inappropriate messages and I have never violated the rules intentionally. The ban appeared suddenly and I was not given any clear proof, warning, or proper explanation. I believe this is an unfair and mistaken ban. My Umingle account is registered with the email address ghianpagl***[email protected]. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, the ban be removed without any payment, and my access to the app be restored so I can continue using Umingle to meet friends in a normal way. I also ask that any such payment requirement for unbanning in my case be cancelled, as I do not accept paying for a ban that I believe is unjustified.
