Umingle Under 18 Ban Is Incorrect and Requires Review

I am 19 years old and my Umingle dating app account has just been banned for allegedly being under 18. When I tried to access my account, I received an on‑screen message stating that I am banned with the reason “Under 18” and showing a Ban ID together with an “Instant Unban” option that asks for a payment. I am legally an adult and over 18, so the stated ban reason is incorrect. In addition, I find it unfair and misleading that I am being asked to pay money in order to remove a ban that appears to be based on a mistake about my age. I request that you review my account and age status without requiring any payment and remove the ban from my Umingle dating app account as soon as possible so that I can continue using the service normally.
