Umingle Falsely Flags Adult Account as Minor and Demands Paid 'Instant Unban'

I am 19 years old and I use the Umingle random video chat application. Even though I am over 18, the application repeatedly bans me with the reason “Under 18” and shows a “You are banned” screen with a ban ID and an option for “Instant Unban” for a fee. This situation occurs intermittently and prevents me from using the service properly even though I meet the age requirement. I want my age status to be corrected in your system and for these unjust “under 18” bans to stop so that I can use the application without interruption. I also request that I am not asked to pay any fee such as “Instant Unban” to remove an unjust ban and that my account is checked in detail and secured against such errors in the future.
