Umingle Unban Appeal
My Umingle account was suddenly banned with the explanation “Explicit messages”. In the attached screenshot, it can also be seen that the app offers an “Instant Unban” option for 9.99 USD, which I find very unfair. In the chat where I believe this ban was triggered, the other person and I were talking about EDM and house music. As part of that conversation, I only wrote the song title “I Love My Sex” by Benny Benassi. This was the only message that contained any explicit word, and it was clearly a reference to a music track, not an attempt to send sexual or inappropriate content. I am asking Umingle to review the relevant chat history in detail and see that the conversation was a normal discussion about music and not a violation of community rules. Based on this review, I request that my account be unbanned without requiring any payment for “Instant Unban”, and that this ban be removed from my record, as I believe it was an unjustified decision.
