Umingle First-Time Ban for Explicit Messages and Instant Unban Fee Dispute

I recently tried to play the game Umingle for the very first time in my Chrome browser. As soon as I entered the game, without having written any messages or interacted with anyone, a screen appeared saying “You are banned – Explicit messages” showing a ban ID c1d2465e and offering an “Instant Unban” for Rp39,900 via credit card payment. This happened yesterday at around 12 noon. I have never used explicit language or sent any explicit messages in this game, and in fact this ban message appeared the first time I opened it. I therefore believe this ban is a mistake and I am very uncomfortable that I am being asked to pay money to remove a ban for something I did not do. I request that my account be reviewed as soon as possible, that this wrongful “explicit messages” ban be removed free of charge, and that I be allowed to access and play the game normally without having to make any payment.
