Umingle Adult Account Blocked for Underage Reason With Paid Instant Unban Option

My Umingle account was suddenly banned about one day ago, and since then I cannot use any part of the service, including video calls, messaging or any other features. When I try to access my account, the screen clearly says that I am banned with the reason shown as “Under 18” and a Ban ID of e8403747, and it also shows an “Instant Unban” payment option for 29.99 AED. I am over 18 and therefore do not accept this ban reason. I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation about why this decision was taken. After the ban, I contacted Umingle support, but I have not received any response so far. My current Ban ID is e8403747. I request that my Umingle account be urgently reviewed, the ban be removed without any payment, and I be allowed to use all features of the platform again. I also expect a clear written explanation about why this ban was applied and how such mistakes will be prevented in the future.
