Umingle Account Access Restoration Request

I have been using the umingle.com website and my account was suddenly banned without any valid reason. While using the site in a normal way, a “You are banned” message appeared out of nowhere, stating a ban reason as “Gender Searching” and asking for a payment of 149 Philippine Pesos to lift the ban. I did not engage in any behaviour that would justify such a ban, and I find it unacceptable that I am being blocked and then asked to pay money in order to regain access. This situation has caused me unfair inconvenience and makes me feel that I am being wrongly accused. I request that my account be checked in detail, that this unjust ban be removed without any fee, and that my access to the umingle.com website be fully restored.
