Umingle Complaint: Mistaken Banned Account Due To Gender Searching

I am writing regarding the sudden ban on my Umingle account, which I access via my laptop. On October 16, 2026, when I tried to use my account, I saw a message stating “You are banned” with the reason “Gender Searching,” and an option offering “Instant Unban” in exchange for 149 Philippine Pesos. I firmly deny violating Umingle’s rules and policies and have not engaged in any gender searching or similar prohibited behavior. I believe this ban has been applied to my account in error, and I am currently unable to use the service at all because of it. I kindly request that you review my account and ban ID shown in the attached screenshot, explain clearly what action supposedly violated your policy, and lift this unjust ban without asking for any payment. I would like my account to be fully restored as soon as possible so I can continue to use Umingle in line with your rules.
