Umingle Blocked My Account Even Though I Followed the Rules

I am a user from Indonesia and I use the Umingle web site regularly for video chat. My last usage was on June 7th. During my last sessions I did not do anything wrong or violate the community guidelines, yet my Umingle account was suddenly blocked and I can no longer use it. My ban ID is ec07e25c. I have not yet been able to reach your support team, so I am writing this complaint to request that you urgently review my account and remove this ban. Since I am not aware of any violation and have not been informed of a clear reason, I kindly ask you to check my account again and restore my access if there is no valid breach of your rules, or clearly explain the specific reason if the ban is to remain in place.
