My Umingle Account Was Banned Without Warning
I am writing regarding my Umingle account on the web version, which has just been banned while I am using the service in Indonesia. The ban happened without any prior warning, and I was suddenly unable to access my account. No clear reason or explanation was provided for this ban, so I do not know which rule or policy I am alleged to have violated. I have not yet been able to contact support from within my account because my access is currently blocked. I kindly request that my Umingle account be urgently reviewed and unbanned, or at least that I am provided with a clear explanation of the reason for this ban. I would like to continue using Umingle and am ready to comply with all community guidelines and terms if you specify any issue that needs correction.
