Umingle Banned My Account for an Incorrect Under 18 Violation

My Umingle account was suddenly banned right after I typed “m15” in the chat because a stranger told me to write it. I am actually 21 years old and not underage, but the system marked me as “Under 18” and instantly banned my account. In the screenshot from the Umingle website it clearly says “You are banned” with the reason “Under 18” and shows a Ban ID starting with 2d375fca. On the same screen, Umingle offers an “Instant Unban” option for Rp39,900, as if I have to pay to get my account back even though the ban was caused by a prank and does not reflect my real age. I did not receive any proper age verification process or a real review of my account; the ban happened automatically as soon as I typed the message that the stranger requested. I find it very unfair that my account is blocked and that I am asked to pay to remove a ban based on incorrect information about my age. I request that my Umingle account be reviewed and unbanned as soon as possible, that the “Under 18” reason be removed from my record, and that I am not asked to pay any fee for this unban since I am 21 years old and the situation resulted from a prank by another user.
