Umingle Banned My Account After I Posted "f15"

I am an active user of Umingle via the web version and on 4 July my account was suddenly banned right after I wrote the comment “f15”. Before posting that comment my account was completely normal and I had no problems, but immediately after sending it I was banned without any clear reason or prior warning. I did not commit any violation or inappropriate behaviour to my knowledge, so I am very surprised and feel this ban is unfair. I have also not yet been able to contact Umingle support directly about this issue. I kindly request that Umingle review my account, provide a clear explanation of the reason for this ban, and revoke the ban on my account if there has been a mistake. I would like to continue using the platform normally.
