Umingle Banned Despite Being 27

I have been permanently banned from my regular user account on umingle.com on August 28, 2026, even though I am of legal age. The ban screen states that my account is banned for the reason “Under 18” and shows a Ban ID d550bf39, and also displays an “Instant Unban” option that requires a payment. I was born on August 7, 1999 and I am 27 years old, so the stated reason for the ban is clearly incorrect. I have not violated any age-related rules and I have never tried to misrepresent my age on the platform. I also have not received any prior warning or detailed explanation from umingle.com about this decision. I request that my account be reviewed without requiring any payment for “instant unban” that the age information be correctly evaluated, and that my account be reactivated as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear written explanation of why I was banned as “Under 18” despite being 27 years old.
