Umingle Age Ban Under 18 When Real Age Is 29

I have been unfairly banned from the Umingle web service with Ban ID 2a288069. The ban screen states that the reason is “Under 18” and offers an “Instant Unban” for a fee, but I am actually 29 years old and well above the minimum age requirement. My account has been blocked since the 24th, and I have not been able to find any contact page or support channel to resolve this issue or verify my age. I have not been given any clear way to appeal the decision without paying for an instant unban, which I find unjust. I request that my account associated with Ban ID 2a288069 be unbanned as soon as possible and that my age be correctly recognised so that this issue does not occur again.
