Umingle Age Verification Mistake – Restore My Account

I had a user account on Umingle which was recently banned with the explanation that I was under age. At the time my account was banned I was already an adult, and I am currently 27 years old. My account has been wrongly restricted on the basis of age, even though I meet the minimum age requirement. I have not been given any additional information or a proper chance to verify my age, and I have not received any response or guidance about how to correct this situation. I request that my account be reviewed again and that my age be verified properly, and that my Umingle account be unbanned as soon as possible so that I can continue using the service.
