Umingle Ban for “Gender Searching”

I am writing about my Umingle account, which was banned today on my Android device with the reason shown as “Gender Searching” and Ban ID d414a53c. During a conversation, another user sent me words I did not understand, so I simply asked if they were referring to whether I am a girl or a boy. I was not aware of any gender searching policy on the platform, and I had no bad intentions or aim to violate any rules. I just wanted to understand what the other person meant. I was surprised to see that my account was suddenly banned and that I am being asked to pay to remove the ban. I believe this is unfair because my message was only for clarification and not for harassment, discrimination, or abusing the system in any way. I kindly request that my ban be lifted without any payment so that I can continue using Umingle to make new friends and connect with people worldwide. I ask you to review my chat history and reconsider this decision, as I did not intend to break any rules.
