Umingle Account Banned for “Gender Searching”: Unban Without ₹99 Fee

My Umingle account on the umingle.com website was suddenly banned today with the reason shown as “Gender Searching.” I am a male user and I only asked other users whether they are female or male, which I do not consider to be a violation that justifies a ban. When I tried to log in, the site showed a “You are banned” message with a Ban ID and an option for “Instant Unban” only if I pay 99 Rupees. I find it unfair and unacceptable that I am being asked to pay money just to regain access to my account after such a ban. I request that my Umingle account be fully unbanned without any payment requirement and that my access be restored as soon as possible.
