I have been using the Umingle Android website regularly and about 10 minutes ago I suddenly received a “You are banned” screen. The reason is shown as “Gender Searching” and the system only offers me an “Instant Unban” option for 79.99 EGP in order to continue using the service. I do not agree with being banned in this way and I do not want to pay to unlock my account. I request that my ban be removed, my account be fully restored, and that I be given a clear explanation of why this decision was taken and on what basis it was determined that I violated any rules.
