Umingle Ban Appeal for Incorrect Under 18 Violation

I was using Umingle on my Android phone on 01/11 and was suddenly banned while video chatting, even though I did not break any rules. I was simply using the video chat feature normally when this happened. Now, when I try to use Umingle, I see a screen saying that I am banned with a Ban ID of 820c55cc and the reason shown is “Under 18”, and it also offers to remove the ban instantly for 9.99 dollars. I am not under 18 and I find it unfair that I was banned and then shown a paid unban option even though I have done nothing wrong and did not violate the community guidelines. I kindly request that my ban be urgently reviewed, that my device and access to Umingle be unbanned, and that this situation be corrected as soon as possible. I want to continue using Umingle normally without having to pay any fee for an unjust ban.
