Umingle 19 Year Old User Repeatedly Banned as Under 18

I am 19 years old and I use the Umingle random video chat application on an Android device from India. Even though I am over 18, the application repeatedly bans me with the reason “Under 18” and shows a “You are banned” screen with a ban ID and an “Instant Unban” option for a fee. This problem has been occurring intermittently for a few months and prevents me from using the service properly, even though I clearly meet the age requirement. I have not contacted support before, but because the situation is ongoing, I now request that my age status be corrected in your system and that these unjust “Under 18” bans be permanently stopped so that I can use the application without interruption. I also request that I am not asked to pay any fee such as “Instant Unban” to remove an unjust ban and that my account is checked in detail and secured against such errors in the future.
