Umingle Ban Appeal After Sudden Explicit Content Restriction

I have been using the Umingle website from Tamilnadu and on 30/05/2026 I was suddenly banned while accessing the platform from my home. After the ban, the stated reason shown to me was “explicit message”. However, I was not given any prior clear explanation or detailed warning about which specific content was considered explicit, and I still do not know exactly what I did wrong. Until this incident, I had been using the service with the email address mohamed***[email protected] and I was not informed of any previous violations. I find it unfair that such a serious sanction was applied without a transparent explanation, and I am currently unable to use an account that I have been actively using. I kindly request that my account and the applied ban be urgently reviewed, that I be clearly informed of the exact reason and the specific content that allegedly violated the rules, and that this unjust restriction be removed so that I can continue using the service normally.
