Umingle Age Verification Error Blocks Account of a 20-Year-Old User
My Umingle account, registered with the contact information “hp ini”, has been wrongly flagged as being under 18. In reality, I am 20 years old. Because of this error, my account is currently blocked and I see a “You are banned – Under 18” warning on the screen. In the same warning, Umingle offers an “Instant Unban: Rp39,900” option. I find it unfair that I am blocked due to an incorrect age assessment and at the same time asked to pay in order to have my account unbanned. I request that my actual age of 20 be verified, that the under‑18 ban on my account be removed, and that I am not required to pay the “Instant Unban: Rp39,900” fee for a situation that is not my fault.
