Umingle Account Unban Request

I have been using Umingle Chat and I was banned yesterday night with the reason stated as “Gender Searching.” On the ban screen, my Ban ID is shown as b1b67600b. I am also shown an “Instant Unban” option for Rs 499, which I find unfair because I do not believe I violated the rules in the way claimed. I was using the chat for my research on specific topics, and because of this my behaviour may have been judged wrongly as gender searching. I was not intentionally using gender search in a way that should justify a ban, and I think this block was made in error. Being suddenly banned and then asked to pay in order to get unbanned feels like I am being forced to pay for something I did not do. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the ban on my Umingle Chat account be removed without any payment, and that any record linked to this Ban ID be corrected accordingly.
